Undergraduate students who wish to participate in the exchange program *Must not be in the final year of the course

Program Benefits: school fees (Other expenses such as travel costs, accommodation, food and etc., students are accountable for)

  • Check list (Excel/PDF)
  • Application for Short-Term Student Exchange Program
  • A study plan of approximately 800 words
  • Recommendation for enrollment in the Short-Term Student exchange Program
  • Certificate of Health
  • Self Declaration of Health
  • Confirmation (Excel/PDF)
  • Certificate of enrollment issued by your home university
  • Your most recent academic transcripts, issued by your home university
  • Application for certificate of eligibility
  • Four facial photos (3 x 4cms / 1.2 x 1.5 inches)
  • A copy of the front page of your passport (when available)
  • Pledge
