Undergraduate students who wish to participate in the exchange program *Must not be in the final year of the course*
Application Period: Now – October 31, 2022
Programme Benefits: Tuition fee (Students are accountable for other expenses such as travel costs, accommodation, food and etc.)
Programs Period: April – July, 2023
- General Exchange Program (Ippan) for those who have a Japanese JLPT score of at least N2
- Yamagata University Japan Studies Program (JSP) for those who have studied Japanese for at least 150 hours and have a Japanese JLPT score of at least N3, or have a TOEIC, IELTS or CET score

- Essay for the JASSO Scholarship (the JASSO scholarship applicants only)
- Official Academic Transcript (English)
- A copy of Passport
- ID photograph (JPG) or 3 extra photographs
