Student Exchange Program at University of Tsukuba, Japan for the academic year 2023
Program Period: one semester or one academic year (spring semester)
Undergraduate and graduates students who wish to participate in the exchange program *Must not be in the final year of the course*
Academic Qualifications:
- CGPA of at least 2.30
- JLPT of at least N2 for College of Japanese language and Japanese culture
Application Period: Now – October 17, 2022
Programme Benefits: Tuition fee (Students are accountable for other expenses such as travel costs, accommodation, food and etc.)

- Application for Certificate of Eligibility
- Formal Letter of Request for Admission
- Copy of academic transcript
- Copy of Certificate of Enrollment
- Copy of Passport
- Copy of JLPT Certificate (if any)
- Certificate of Your Staying in Japan
- Bank Balance Certificate (Student’s own bank account)
- 1 Year Exchange at least 960,000 JPY
- 1 Semester Exchange at least 480,000 JPY
