Due to the improvement of the COVID-19 situation, by virtue of Section 35 and Section 38 of the Chiang Mai University Act 2008, and by the resolution of the University Board of Directors Meeting held on May 18th 2022, the following Guidelines on Teaching and Examinations for the 1st Semester, Academic Year 2022 have been established:

  1. Faculties and departments should primarily offer on-site teaching and examinations while continuing to appropriately follow the measures and guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
  2. Faculties and departments may consider a hybrid teaching approach, offering both on-site and online formats simultaneously, or 100% online, depending on the suitability and availability of the course, to be determined by the Head of the Department / Dean. The students must be notified in advance of the course format.
